Application Process and Forms (Grades K-8)
- Please complete all required sections of the Enrollment Application.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of your Enrollment Application.
- Submit necessary fees here.
- 150.00 new family fee (non-refundable and one time fee)
- $100 enrollment fee (non-refundable)
- Next, complete the Tuition Application.
- A second confirmation email will be sent to you once this step completed.
- Your parishioner status and subsequent tuition amount will be reviewed. Once the applications have been completed and reviewed and fees have been paid, tuition agreement forms will be mailed notifying each family of tuition status.
