SGS Media Release Form

St. Gregory the Great School is highly visible on social media on such platforms as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.

Additionally, students are recognized throughout the school year for various academic, athletic, and extracurricular accomplishments. We also update our print marketing materials on a yearly basis and seek to use student images when possible. Classes often use Shutterfly accounts to share class images with class members only.

We also intend to recognize student achievements by sharing the news with the community via social media, press releases in local newspapers, radio/television stations, and on the SGS School, St. Greg's Parish and Catholic Diocese websites.

With parental permission, our school would like to feature our students from grades PreK 3 through 8 th grade through the above mentioned platforms throughout the year.

Unless you specifically authorize us in this release, the published photos and/or documents will not include a child’s last name or names of other family members, with the exception of Merit and Honor Roll designations. Otherwise, the student name will be published as (John D. rather than John Doe).

Documents will not include any information that indicates the physical location of a student at any given time other than attendance at a particular school or participation in school activities.
