2025-26 Room Parent Information

We are pleased to announce the opportunity for parents to register as room parents at St. Gregory the Great School is open! Room parents play a vital role in fostering a sense of community and supporting our teachers and students throughout the school year. This year, two parents will be selected for each classroom through a lottery system to ensure fairness and equal opportunity. 

 

Please know that all room parents selected must be VIRTUS trained, there are no exceptions. Please click here to sign-up for a training if you are not already VIRTUS trained. The Admin Team will confirm with the VIRTUS Office at the Diocese to confirm your status. Any questions, please reach out to Ms. Candice Marshall in the Front Office for further guidance.    

 

 

Parents who are selected will be notified by Wednesday, August 27. If selected, there will be a Room Parent Meeting in the School Cafeteria on Tuesday, September 9. If you are interested in becoming a room parent, please complete the form below and submit it by the specified deadline.
