PRESS RELEASE: St. Gregory the Great School Appoints New Principal
WILLIAMSVILLE, NY – St. Gregory the Great School is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Molly White as its next Principal. The announcement comes as the school community begins preparations for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Mrs. White has served as Interim Principal over the past year, during which she brought vision, compassion, and energy to her leadership. With more than a decade of experience in Catholic education as both a classroom teacher and school administrator, Mrs. White is deeply committed to nurturing a school culture grounded in faith, academic excellence, and joyful learning.
“We are thrilled to officially welcome Mrs. White as Principal,” said Fr. Daniel Ulmer, School Chaplain at St. Greg’s. “Her love for this school, combined with her leadership and deep faith, makes her the ideal person to guide our community forward.”
During her interim tenure, Mrs. White led several initiatives that have already had a lasting impact, including the expansion of the early childhood program with the addition of two full-time Pre-K3 classrooms and enhancements to the after-school program. She also helped revitalize school fundraising efforts in collaboration with the Home and School Association and Athletics Association.
A strong advocate for faith formation, Mrs. White supports programs such as the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, which gives young students hands-on experiences in prayer, discovery, and spiritual growth. She is passionate about curriculum development, data-informed instruction, and fostering creativity and curiosity in the classroom—all while ensuring that kindness, faith, and belonging remain at the heart of school life.
Mrs. White resides in Lancaster with her husband, Chris, and their two children, Nate and Nora. A longtime volleyball coach and player, she is also proudly known as St. Greg’s biggest Buffalo Bills fan.
