Congratulations on your child(ren)'s acceptance into St. Gregory the Great School for the 2026-27 school year! We look forward to welcoming your child(ren) and family to our faith-filled community. Please see below as there are several important forms that you will need to complete. Please click on each button and follow the directions to submit electronically.

1. Upload Required Documents: DUE APRIL 1, 2026 - Please upload and submit your child(ren)'s Physical, Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate (optional) below:

2. Bus Transportation: DUE APRIL 1, 2026 - Please use the button below to find your school district and complete the application for the 2026-27 school year. Transportation is used for students in EK (must be 5 y/o by Dec. 1, 2026) through 8th grade. For questions regarding Transportation, please reach out to Ms. Candice Marshall, School Office Manager, at (716) 688-5323. Thank you.

3. Home School District Registration -  All new students enrolling at St. Greg's are required to register with their home public school district. Please click the link below to register your child in your home school district if you haven't done so already.

4. Student Record Release - Please click the button below to complete the Student Record Release form. This will allow St. Gregory the Great School to request your child's student records from their current school. 

5. School Uniforms - Students in Grades K-8 are required to wear uniforms. New school uniforms can be ordered from Flynn O'Hara, Lands' End, or McKay's.
